Marriage Attorney
The marriage attorneys at Kennedy, Robbins, Yarbro & Henson, LC, can help you with any issues related to the legal status of your marriage.
An application for a marriage license must be submitted in Missouri to the Office of the Recorder of Deeds. Following an amendment in 2007, there is no longer a three day waiting period to obtain a marriage license. In Arkansas, the application is submitted to the clerk of the county court. The attorneys of our firm can work with you prior to marriage to determine if a prenuptial agreement may be in your best interests. Our lawyers can also help you determine if you are eligible for an annulment or if you must pursue a divorce to end the marriage.
If you need legal assistance, or for further information about family law, please contact us or call Kennedy, Robbins, Yarbro & Henson, LC, at (573) 686-2459. Our commitment is to earn your confidence by answering all questions and providing quality representation.
