Chris L. Yarbro

Chris is an experienced trial attorney with a practice focused on serious injury and wrongful death cases, including medical negligence, product liability, automobile and trucking accidents, and insurance disputes. Known for his strategic litigation skills and tenacious advocacy, Chris has secured million and multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts for clients who have suffered due to the wrongful actions of others.

He has tried numerous civil jury trials and has represented clients across Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Florida. His work has earned him recognition from peers and professional organizations, including being named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers Association in 2014. Chris is an active member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA) and the American Association for Justice, reflecting his commitment to upholding the rights of injured individuals.
Chris also contributes to his profession and community through leadership roles, serving as a Councilman for the Missouri Bar’s Young Lawyers Section, and as a member of the Missouri Bar, Butler County Bar, Lions Club, and the Boys and Girls Club of Poplar Bluff, where he serves on the council.

A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law (J.D., 2004) and University of Missouri-Columbia (B.A., Political Science, 2001), Chris handles cases across personal injury, wrongful death, auto accidents, medical malpractice, criminal defense, family law, and general litigation.
