He has presented at legal seminars for the Missouri Rural Water Association and helped found the Missouri Association of Sewer Districts through donated legal work.
Scott is a Life Fellow of The Missouri Bar Foundation, has served on the Missouri Bar Client Security Fund (including three years as Chair), and was elected to the Missouri Bar Board of Governors in 2017, where he continues to serve.
