Payments made by credit card through Clio Payments are subject to a non-refundable processing surcharge, which does not exceed our cost of acceptance, and is assessed by our third-party payment processor. The surcharge is 2.95% for Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and other major credit cards, and 3.5% for American Express. eCheck/ACH payments are subject to a 1% processing fee. No additional transaction, pass-through, or hidden fees apply.
