The firm is pleased to announce that our partner, Scott Robbins, was selected as a member of the Nation’s Top One Percent List for 2015 by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. Its mission is to objectively recognize the attorneys who elevate the standards of the Bar and provide a benchmark for other lawyers to emulate.

Members are thoroughly vetted by a research team, selected by a blue ribbon panel of attorneys with podium status from independently neutral organizations, and approved by a judicial review board as exhibiting virtue in the practice of law. Due to the incredible selectivity of the appointment process, only the top one percent of attorneys in the United States are awarded membership in NADC. This elite class of advocates consists of the finest leaders of the legal profession from across the nation.

Scott represents injured individuals in personal injury, auto accident, trucking accident, and wrongful death claims. His practice also includes working with citizens to form and construct rural water and sewer districts. Scott was named as one of Missouri Lawyers Weekly’s “Up & Coming Lawyers” in 2006 for his work with rural utilities. In addition to representing local cities, water and sewer districts, Scott has prepared and presented materials for the Missouri Rural Water Association’s Legal Panel and attorney CLE seminar. He donated legal services to help create the Missouri Association of Sewer Districts and to draft legislation beneficial to the formation of reorganized common sewer districts throughout the state.

Scott currently serves as the chair of the Missouri Bar’s Client Security Fund Committee.
