Kennedy, Kennedy, Robbins & Yarbro, LC, is continuing to work with the South Dunklin County Reorganized Common Sewer District. The District, formed to provide sewer service to the J.D. Community outside of Kennett, Missouri, passed its formation vote in April, 2009. The new District held a board meeting to discuss the project.
