Scott Robbins Elected to The Missouri Bar Board of Governors

Today, The Missouri Bar and the Missouri Supreme Court announced the results for the 2017 Missouri Bar Board of Governors election. The firm is pleased to announce that partner, Scott Robbins, was elected to serve on the Board. The Missouri Bar was created in 1944 by order of the Supreme Court of Missouri. The Bar’s purpose is “to improve the legal profession, the administration of justice and the law on behalf of the public.” The Missouri Bar Board of Governors is a 45-member group of elected lawyers who represent the members in their districts.
Scott will attend the Missouri Bar Annual Meeting September 13-15, 2017, and will begin his term of office during the Bar’s annual meeting in Kansas City, Mo.
Prior to his election to the Missouri Bar Board of Governors, Scott served on the Missouri Bar Young Lawyers Council from 2004-2006. He completed two (2) five year terms as a member of the Missouri Bar’s Client Security Fund Committee. Scott currently serves on the Editorial Board for the Journal of the Missouri Bar and is a Life Fellow of the Missouri Bar Foundation.
